Delete app data without deleting your account

You can delete the following data directly in the bips·ai app:

• Alerts: open the Alerts tab, swipe left on an alert, and select Delete. The alert rule is permanently deleted.
• Watchlists: open the Watchlists tab, long-press a watchlist or open its options menu, and select Delete watchlist. The watchlist and its tickers disappear immediately, remain recoverable for seven days, and are permanently deleted after that recovery period.

These actions do not delete your account. Your account and any other app data remain until you delete them separately or delete your complete account as described below.

Delete your complete account

In the app

The fastest way to delete your account is in the bips·ai app: go toSettings → Delete Account, type DELETE, request the single-use code sent to your account email, and enter it to confirm. Deletion starts immediately and normally finishes within a few minutes. The app reports completion only after the required automated Apple-authorization, subscription-management, and internal erasure steps succeed. Provider-held transactional email copies are handled through the privacy-request process described below.

Deleting your bips·ai account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the app store; you can manage or cancel yours anytime in your app store account settings.

By web request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email — send your request from the email address associated with your account:

We will verify the request, delete your account and associated account data within our control, send any required erasure instructions to service providers, and email you when the privacy request is complete or explain any lawful retention exception. The response deadline depends on the law that applies where you live; see the Privacy Policy for our timelines.

What is deleted

Deleting your account erases your personal data from bips·ai's active systems: your account record (email, display name, plan tier, and sign-in provider identifier), your federated identities, sessions, watchlists and their tickers, alerts, analysis-usage records, in-app preferences, and push notification tokens.

What is retained

The app store retains its transaction records. We retain only detached financial and AI-cost facts needed for bookkeeping, refunds, disputes, and legal obligations; identifier-scrubbed operational logs for their normal retention period; an identity-detached deletion audit; and a restricted keyed recovery marker used only to keep the erasure effective after database recovery. These records can retain ticker and transaction facts required for those purposes, but their bips·ai account attribution is removed. The subscription-management customer profile, linkable one-time-code records, fair-use records, sessions, and push tokens are deleted. Deletion-related support correspondence may be retained as needed to process and document the request. Our transactional-email provider may also retain recipient addresses, message content, and delivery records under its service-retention rules; those copies are outside the automated in-app workflow, and we handle applicable access or erasure requests through support.
