01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Pocket Atelier LLC ("bipsai," "we," "us") governing your use of the bipsai application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02What bipsai is

bipsai is an educational research tool that synthesizes publicly available and third-party licensed information about the financial instruments covered by your plan. US-listed equities are the core coverage; higher plans also cover ETFs, cryptocurrencies, forex pairs, and futures contracts. The Home screen also displays index levels for major global stock markets, plus a small set of global instruments such as Bitcoin, EUR/USD, gold, and crude oil, on every plan, for context. The index levels are display-only and cannot be searched, watchlisted, alerted on, or analyzed. Supported cryptocurrency, forex, and futures instruments remain available for research under the Premium plan. The Service presents a bull case, a bear case, catalysts, risks, and the research sections applicable to that instrument. Issuer-specific sections such as fundamentals, earnings, insider activity, and SEC filing summaries do not apply to every asset class. The Service is informational and educational in nature; it does not execute trades, hold assets, or connect to brokerage accounts.

03Not investment advice

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and does not give personalized recommendations. bipsai does not consider your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax circumstances, portfolio, or time horizon. bipsai is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and creates no fiduciary relationship with you. Nothing in the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument. The deliberate presentation of both a bull case and a bear case is a research framing, not a directional signal. See our Disclaimers for full detail.

Today's Lens uses the same market-wide ticker selection and editorial premise for every user on a given US market session; the analysis sections shown still follow the user's plan. The Premium Weekly Market Theme is shared unchanged with every Premium subscriber. Neither publication is based on your portfolio, watchlists, goals, finances, risk tolerance, tax circumstances, time horizon, or location, and neither is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an instrument.

04Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using bipsai, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service focuses on US-listed equities. Pro also covers ETFs, while Premium also covers cryptocurrencies, forex pairs, and futures contracts. The Home screen also displays index levels for major global stock markets and a small set of global instruments (such as Bitcoin, EUR/USD, gold, and crude oil) on every plan. Only the index levels are display-only; supported cryptocurrency, forex, and futures instruments can be researched under the Premium plan. You are responsible for determining whether access to this content is lawful in your jurisdiction and for all decisions you make based on it.

05Subscriptions & billing

• bipsai offers Standard, Pro, and Premium plan tiers. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through the app store from which you downloaded the app, subject to its respective terms and conditions. bipsai does not process payments directly and does not receive your card details.
• Where offered, a new subscription may begin with a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel it in your app store account settings before it ends. Trial eligibility is determined by the app store per Apple ID or Google account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.
• Plan allowances. Each plan includes a monthly analysis quota and maximum numbers of watchlists and alerts, as shown in the app before purchase. The analysis quota resets each billing cycle and unused analyses do not roll over. Watchlist and alert limits are concurrent capacity limits, not consumable quotas; deleting an item makes room for another. A free trial has a separate analysis cap. We enforce these limits in the app.
• Deleting your bipsai account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; you must cancel it separately in your app store account settings.
• Prices may change with advance notice as required by applicable law. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its own refund policies.
• App store terms. The operator of the app store from which you downloaded the app is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service or its content. It provides its own billing, refunds, and account management and has no warranty, maintenance, or support obligation for the Service. That operator and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting content from the Service.
• Using any content, analysis, or output from the Service to train, fine-tune, validate, or develop artificial-intelligence models, machine-learning algorithms, or large language models, without our express written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service or its content.
• Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

07Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, text, brand, and research methodology — is owned by Pocket Atelier LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party market data, news, and filing content belongs to its respective providers and is used under license or in accordance with applicable terms. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial research purposes.

08Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data or analysis is accurate, complete, or timely.

Quotes and fundamentals come from our data providers on a best-effort basis. bipsai does not guarantee real-time accuracy. Displayed quotes may refresh periodically while they are shown, but the Service does not provide streaming, real-time, or executable prices. Quoted prices may be delayed or inaccurate and may not reflect current market conditions. Do not use them as the basis for trade execution.

The editorial analyses, summaries, and sentiment metrics provided by the Service are generated using automated artificial-intelligence tools that process third-party data feeds. While we strive for thematic accuracy, these outputs may contain omissions, misinterpretations, or technical inaccuracies. You acknowledge that they are provided for informational and educational research only and must be independently verified against official SEC filings or other primary sources before you make any financial decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Atelier LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service through the applicable app store in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

09Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the not-advice disclaimer, limitation of liability, and intellectual property sections — will survive.

10Export controls & sanctions

You may not use, access, download, or export the Service except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction where you are located. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargoes, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. You also agree not to use the Service for any purpose prohibited by applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service lies in the state and federal courts located in Texas. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws apply to you, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection those laws give you, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. The updated Terms apply from their stated effective date; your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription in your app store account settings.

13General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Pocket Atelier LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements about it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party data providers, hosting or app-store platforms, natural disasters, or acts of government.
